  在外源激光辐照下,释放的光敏剂对肿瘤进行光动力学治疗并产生肿瘤相关抗原,进一步引发机体免疫反应,促进免疫T细胞的产生。同时释放的免疫检查点抑制剂aCTLA4与具有免疫抑制作用的辅助性T细胞结合,可下调免疫抑制,进一步提高免疫细胞对肿瘤组织的杀伤作用。局部微针递送的方式能够有效避免药物的全身毒性,实现了安全、高效的光动力学-免疫联合肿瘤治疗。相关研究成果以Construction of Microneedle-assisted Co-delivery Platform and its Combining Photodynamic/Immunotherapy为题,发表在Journal of Controlled Release上。

  静脉注射活体肿瘤模型研究表明,肿瘤微环境过氧化氢和氧气的共同作用可快速促进胆红素向胆绿素转变,并显著提升肿瘤区域的乏氧水平;肿瘤组织/细胞内低pH值促使壳聚糖质子化,加速纳米载药体系的解离,从而释放TH-302进行乏氧激活的化疗。具有光热转化效应的壳聚糖-胆绿素在外源激光辐照下,可同步实施光热与乏氧响应化疗的联合高效肿瘤治疗。相关研究成果以A self-activating nanovesicle with oxygen-depleting capability for efficient hypoxia-responsive chemo-thermo cancer therapy为题,发表在Biomaterials上。
