青岛能源所研制出高通量流式拉曼分选仪

  单细胞拉曼光谱(SCRS)能非标记、非侵入性、无损、全景式地揭示细胞代谢状态,因此基于拉曼光谱的单细胞分选(Raman-Activated Cell Sorting,RACS),在单细胞研究中有广阔的应用前景(Biotechnol Adv,2019)。但是,拉曼谱图采集时间长、分选通量低等问题,限制了RACS的广泛应用。针对这些问题,中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程研究所单细胞中心发明了基于介电单细胞捕获/释放的拉曼激活液滴分选技术pDEP-RADS,并研制出首台高通量流式拉曼分选仪产品样机FlowRACS。利用FlowRACS,示范了基于分子光谱、非标记式、单细胞精度、高通量流式的酶活筛选,为酶资源的探测和挖掘开辟了全新的技术路线。相关研究成果近日发表《科学进展》(Science Advances)上。
